Structural selector on header rows/cells: table-header, table-header(row: n), table-header(col: m) or table-header(row: n, col: m). row: counts header rows only (1-based within the header section); col: counts columns. Without a col: it matches the nearest enclosing table-row (the header row itself or any node rendered inside it), so row-level styles/weights flow into the header cells. With a col: it matches the nearest enclosing table-cell, which is how a header cell gets its own weight (e.g. table-header(row: 1, col: 3): { column-weight: 2 }).
