Structural selector on table rows: table-row(row: n) (nth data row, 1-based over the body), table-row(row: header|even|odd) or bare table-row. Matches the nearest enclosing table-row (the row itself or any node rendered inside it). This is what lets cell content inherit the row-level styles (e.g. table-header foreground color flowing into the text of every header cell).
